Aim-TTi's TGP3152 is the flagship of the TGP3100 series, with two 50MHz channels of true pulse generation and 5ns minimum rise time. It doubles as a noise and arbitrary/function generator with linear and log sweeps, suiting R&D teams characterising high-speed digital and power devices.
