The MQ is the highest pressure-rated member of the Alicat Scientific M family, operating from 11.5 to 320 PSIA with full scales of 10 SCCM to 12,000 SLPM. Accuracy is as good as ±0.6% of reading or ±0.1% of full scale, with ±0.1% FS repeatability. It is used on pressurised gas supply, test and reactor lines.
