The MBS is the stainless steel portable meter for corrosive gases, covering 0.5 SCCM to 12,000 SLPM at 11.5 to 160 PSIA with 130 preloaded calibrations including corrosives. Accuracy is ±0.4% of reading and ±0.2% of full scale. It lets engineers carry corrosive-gas verification to the process rather than removing installed instruments. For integration, the MBS offers process connections of 10-32, NPT, SAE, BSPP, VCRM, VCO, compression.
