Part SVM2-HC bundles AlphaLab's SVM2 Surface DC Voltmeter with a hard carry case. The meter measures the magnitude and polarity of static charge without touching the surface, from a typical distance of 25 mm (1 in). It is used to judge whether a process is raising or lowering static levels, even by small amounts. AlphaLab now offers the ES3 as the successor model.
