Brannan 31/162/0 is a water resistant digital test thermometer with a 105 mm stainless steel probe and an IP65 body. It measures -40 to +200 °C/°F and holds max/min values in memory alongside a hold function, useful for food, sugar and agricultural temperature checks. The metal probe can stay immersed in liquid, while the body withstands rinsing under a low pressure tap but should not be submerged.
