Brannan 31/175/0 is a digital thermometer reading -50 to +250 °C/°F, with an 85 mm stainless steel probe that folds through 0 to 180° so the display can be angled for viewing and the probe tucked away for storage. It switches on when the probe is opened beyond 30° and off when closed. Protected to IP65 with a one-second sensing time, it suits HVAC, food processing, agriculture, laboratory and energy management work.
