The Brannan 38/650/0 is a hand held digital test thermometer with a robust 100 mm stainless steel probe on a 1 m lead. It measures from -40 to +200 °C (-40 to +392 °F) with 0.1° resolution and ±1 °C accuracy between 0 and 100 °C, and offers max-min memory and data hold. A hanger, stand and magnetic fixing are supplied, so it can be used on a bench or fixed to equipment in kitchens and food production.

Brannan offers the 38/650/0 without calibration or with a UKAS calibration certificate at 1, 3 or 5 temperature points. A pre-calibrated THERMcert version is sold as TC-003 (0 and 90 °C).
