Brannan ATW040 is a threaded thermowell machined from solid bar stock, made to order to the customer's specification. It isolates the temperature instrument from the process media so the instrument can be withdrawn without draining the system. Suitable for dial thermometers, it is used in oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, power generation and water treatment applications.
Key features
- Straight, stepped or tapered design
- Bore 6.6, 10.5 or 12.5 mm (others on request)
- 1/2" BSP, BSPT or NPT, male x female connection
- SS 304, 316, 316L, Monel, Hastelloy C or Inconel
- Insertion length to order; optional lagging extension
- Options: NACE MR-0175, material test certificate, wake frequency calculation
