Brannan TC-025 is a THERMcert bimetal dial milk and coffee thermometer supplied with a traceable calibration certificate fixed at 0 °C and 90 °C. Green and red zones on the dial show at a glance when milk or coffee is at the right temperature. The 125 mm stainless steel stem is 3.8 mm in diameter and clips to a jug, and ice and boil test markers at 0 °C and 100 °C show that the pointer is working.
