The CONCOA 324 Series provides secondary pressure control of high purity gases (to grade 5.5) in a 316L stainless steel body. Because it is rated to full cylinder pressure, it works well for point-of-use control in high purity distribution systems. Mildly reactive gases are acceptable; toxic or highly corrosive gases are not. There is no fixed part number for the 324 Series; units are built to an ordering code that specifies outlet range, gauges, connections and options.
