The CONCOA 403 Series pipeline regulator handles secondary or point-of-use control of ultra-high purity inert gases in high purity distribution systems. It is rated to full cylinder pressure, so it remains safe if primary pressure control fails. The 403 Series has no single part number: outlet pressure range, gauges, connections and options are chosen when the ordering code is built.

- Helium leak integrity 1 x 10⁻⁹ scc/sec; Cv 0.1 Max outlet 50 PSIG (3.5 BAR) or below; 0.2 Max outlet above 50 PSIG (3.5 BAR)
