The CONCOA 483 Series is a brass line regulator for high flow inert gas service, such as bulk gas distribution, high purity chamber pressurisation and liquefied hydrocarbon analysis. Internal pressure equalisation keeps delivery pressure steady as pipeline flow changes, and the regulator is rated to full cylinder pressure so it stays safe if upstream pressure control fails.
This is a configured-to-order series with no single part number. Outlet pressure range, gauges, connections and options are chosen when ordering.
- Balanced stem seat holds delivery pressure constant at high flow
- Rear panel mounting for simple installation
- Pipe-away relief valve for safe venting of exhaust gas
- Helium leak checked by spectrometer to 1 x 10⁻⁸ scc/sec
- Brass barstock body, 316L stainless steel diaphragm, Cv 1.0
