The CONCOA 533 Series multi-turn diaphragm valve gives primary flow control for ultra-high purity or corrosive gases, with low-torque operation and flow permitted in either direction. Typical installations include high-pressure process lines, gas cabinets and valve manifold boxes in semiconductor plants.
This series is configured to order: connections and options are selected when the ordering code is built, and the body can be specified in brass barstock, 316L stainless steel, chrome-plated brass barstock or Silicon CVD coated material.

- Bi-directional design keeps control under all pressure conditions, including vacuum

- Maximum inlet 3500 PSIG (240 BAR); 0.17 Cv; -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
