The CONCOA 533 Series quarter-turn diaphragm valve controls high purity or corrosive gas flow with a 0° to 90° shaft turn, suiting high pressure lines where flow must be started and stopped quickly and precisely. A fully swept flow path limits entrapment.
The series is configured to order, so connections and options are chosen when the ordering code is specified. Body material is selectable: stainless steel models suit corrosive gas systems, while brass and plated brass models cover non-corrosive gases.
