Part 5338018-01-001 is a CONCOA 533 Series high flow diaphragm valve using 1/2 in M Face Seal x 1/2 in M Face Seal connections; Cv is 1.0 and maximum inlet pressure 500 PSIG (35 BAR). It tolerates a differential back pressure of up to 200 PSIG (14 BAR) and is used for pipeline or primary control of high purity and corrosive gases.
