With a 0.2-60 LPM (0.42-127 SCFH) range, the CONCOA 5804002 is the wider-range FFKM-seated version of the high pressure, low flow excess flow switch. Maximum inlet pressure is 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), and the switch watches for rising or falling flow in critical gas processes.
