The CONCOA 582 Series AutoSwitch 2 is a fully automatic, brass high purity changeover manifold for high-pressure cylinder or bank supplies. An electronic actuator and microprocessor assign priority without solenoids in the gas path, and all process valves seal metal-to-metal. It is configured to order with a built-up ordering code; CONCOA shows 5822011-01-001 as an example.
- Max inlet 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); 600 SCFH (283 LPM) at 100 PSIG
- Helium leak integrity 1 x 10-8 scc/sec
- Brass barstock priority valve and line regulator bodies, 316L diaphragms
- Integral line regulator holds steady pressure during changeover
- Three 4-20 mA outputs and four dry contact relays
- Primary-reserve failure mode keeps gas flowing during power loss
- Not for cryogenic liquid supplies
