The CONCOA 623 Series dome-loaded regulator is intended for laser assist gases, typically fed from cryogenic supplies below 600 PSIG (42 BAR), and installs directly on the external vaporiser. A balanced stem seat and dome loading allow full flow capacity of up to 10,000 SCFH (4700 lpm) nitrogen, with delivery holding steady through inlet pressure swings.
This is a configured series: outlet range, gauges, connections and options for a 623 are specified on order, with a PTFE seat for 3000 PSIG or PCTFE seat for 4500 PSIG, and 2 in or 2 1/2 in gauges.
