The CONCOA 8301976 fixed-flow adapter uses a 0.040 orifice; rated flows are 50 SCFH for argon, 158 SCFH for helium, 47.5 SCFH for CO2, 60 SCFH for nitrogen and 88 SCFH for AG-75. Use 8301976 where pipeline or regulator pressure is held constant and a set flow is wanted.
- A Monel or stainless steel mesh inlet filter protecting the orifice, plus 30 PSIG (2 BAR) compensation
- A metal-to-metal diaphragm seal against contamination, plus no need for a flowmeter in a constant-pressure pipeline
- A 1/4 in MNPT inlet for station valves or regulator outlets, plus a brass barstock body with a 3/4 in hex
