The Crowcon Vortex FP is an ATEX certified Exd flameproof control panel for gas detection in Zone 1 and Zone 2, such as on offshore production platforms and refineries. Its 440 x 640 x 332 mm LM25 aluminium enclosure weighs about 70 kg and houses a 150 W supply. Magnetic switches on the display let the system be interrogated or inhibited without opening the enclosure.
