The DPS 16 is a digital pressure sensor for the 0...16 bar range, the usual working range of compressed air networks. Instead of an analogue current loop it communicates over an RS 485 interface, and it fits the process through a G 1/2 thread. CS Instruments lists it in its pressure sensor range alongside the analogue CS series. For the same 0...16 bar span with a 4...20 mA two-wire signal, the analogue CS 16 standard sensor is the alternative.
