This 5 MHz, 1/2 in dual element transducer (T-004-2000) is fitted with a potted connection on the top. It uses standard damping. Dakota rates it to a maximum of 126°C (260°F).

Dakota lists steels, glass and thin plastics as suitable materials for 5 MHz dual element probes. One crystal sends and a second receives, which suits corrosion checks where only one side is reachable.
