The DeFelsko IRT3 is the PosiTector IRT infrared thermometer supplied with the Advanced gage body. It measures surface temperature without contact from -70 to 380 °C, using a laser pointer for aiming and a 5.7:1 distance-to-spot ratio suited to larger areas. Painters and inspectors use it to check substrate temperature before and during coating work.
