The DeFelsko RTC-A is Testex Press-O-Film Coarse replica tape in the legacy roll format. It replicates blasted steel profile in the 20–50 µm (0.8–2.0 mils) range: the tape is burnished onto the surface and the compressed foam is measured with a micrometer or replica tape reader. DeFelsko instructions and standards continue to support the legacy format alongside the newer strip cartons.
