The DeFelsko STDP8 P8 set uses larger 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 in) polystyrene blocks, three at 13 mm (500 mils) and one at 19 mm (750 mils), and is matched to PosiTector 6000 FNGS and FLS probes. Use it to verify the accuracy and operation of gauges measuring over 1500 µm (60 mils).
