For extended-range ferrous gauges, the DeFelsko STDS4 provides the S4 set of certified coated metal plates on steel, running from zero to 1900 µm (75 mils). DeFelsko lists it for PosiTector 6000 FXS probes; FXS probes with a 0 to 1500 µm range and serial numbers below 361485 should use the S1 set instead.
