The Dwyer BV2M100 Two-Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve provides a compact and durable shutoff solution for process and utility piping. This 1/4" valve features a two-piece construction with an investment-cast CF8M stainless steel body and end caps, together with a 316 stainless steel stem.
The valve uses 15% glass-reinforced PTFE (RTFE) seats and PTFE sealing components for broad media compatibility and bubble-tight shutdown. It is rated up to 1000 psig (69 bar) WOG, with a 150 psi (10.3 bar) steam working pressure rating.
A full-port design helps minimise pressure loss and provides high flow capacity, while the internally loaded, blowout-proof stem provides additional protection in overpressure conditions. Integral actuator mounting pads also make the BV2M100 suitable for future automation without replacing the valve body.
