The Dwyer TNV-1 is a PTFE needle valve with 3/8" female NPT ends for regulating corrosive gases and liquids in high-purity laboratory and industrial service. Media touch only PTFE and PCTFE, and the rigid PCTFE spindle reduces the creep usually seen with PTFE.
- Flow coefficient (Cv) 0.75
- Maximum flow: air 300 LPM, water 9 LPM
- Rated to 75 psi (517 kPa) and 150°F (65°C)
- Can serve as a shut-off valve in pressure or non-critical vacuum applications
- PTFE body and O-ring, PCTFE valve spindle
