The ETI 123-100 is a type K needle penetration probe fitted with a straight lead. Its slim Ø1.8 x 130 mm needle responds in under two seconds, and the probe can be used from -75 to 250 °C (maximum probe temperature 250 °C). Type K accuracy is ±0.5 °C between 0 and 100 °C; pair it with a compatible type K thermometer.
