Part 123-746 is the burger probe version with a 12 mm tip depth, for thicker burgers where the reading needs to come from deeper in the patty. The type K probe is Ø4.5 x 160 mm with a 45° bend, has a Ø1 mm tip, and covers -75 to 250 °C.
