The ETI 127-159 is a type T fast response probe supplied on a straight lead. Type T gives a tighter ±0.2 °C accuracy between -20 and 70 °C, and the Ø3.3 x 100 mm probe suits delicate foods, soft rubber and similar materials. It measures -75 to 250 °C and responds in under 2 seconds.
