The ETI 133-354 is the longest type K option in the food simulant probe range, with a 5 metre lead for larger cold rooms or where the reading point is some distance from the storage unit. The probe responds slowly by design, reflecting the temperature of stored food rather than fast-changing air. It covers -20 to 100 °C and is accurate to ±0.5 °C from 0 to 100 °C.
