For installations where the instrument sits further from the oven, the ETI 133-383 offers the type K fibreglass wire probe in a 2 metre length. The Ø1.5 mm fibreglass-insulated wire suits ovens, hot cupboards and similar heated cabinets, reading -60 to 350 °C and reacting in under a second. Type K accuracy is ±0.5 °C between 0 and 100 °C.
