The ETI 221-800 CaterTemp Durable Metal Thermometer is ETI's most rugged CaterTemp model, built in an aluminium case and waterproof to IP67 for harsh environments. It is supplied with a heavy-duty penetration probe and a traceable certificate of calibration, and reads -49.9 to 299.9 °C using a type K sensor.
