The ETI 228-965 Thermapen IR Blue combines the infrared and penetration-probe measurement of the Thermapen IR with Bluetooth BLE 5.0. Switch between surface readings (-49.9 to 349.9 °C) and internal probe readings (-49.9 to 299.9 °C), with data sent securely to your smart device for a paperless backup. It is well suited to HACCP procedures.
