The ETI 231-210 is the Thermapen Classic fitted with a general-purpose strong penetration probe instead of the standard reduced tip. It offers the same 3-second readings and ease of use as the Classic, and the sturdier probe is suited to insertion into both solids and liquids. A protective pouch (830-001) is included.
