With a coiled lead that extends and retracts, the ETI 323-159 is the coiled version of ETI's type K fast response probe. The Ø3.3 x 100 mm probe works well in delicate foods, soft rubber and other soft materials, and settles in under 2 seconds. It measures -75 to 250 °C and is accurate to ±0.5 °C from 0 to 100 °C.
