ETI 800-804 is a stainless steel meat roasting thermometer with a Ø45 mm analogue dial that reads 0 to 120 °C in 1 °C divisions. The dial is clearly marked for beef, lamb, pork and poultry, so it is simple to confirm that joints and roasts are properly cooked. A Ø4 x 100 mm stainless steel stem carries the bi-metal sensor.
