The ETI 810-041 ChefAlarm is a professional cooking thermometer combined with a count-up/count-down timer, designed for commercial kitchens. It uses interchangeable NTC thermistor probes on a 1.2 m braided stainless steel lead, so food in the oven or BBQ can be watched on the outside display, with an adjustable 92 dB alarm.
