The ETI 810-076 is a Pro-Series air probe with a clip for attaching it to an oven rack or shelf to monitor ambient air temperature. The Ø3.5 x 50 mm thermistor probe reads -50 to 300 °C with a response time under four seconds, on a 1.2 m stainless steel braided lead. It is made for the DOT, BlueDOT, ChefAlarm, Signals, Smoke and RFX Gateway, and spare clips are available.
