The ETI 810-125 combines a max/min thermometer with a programmable high/low alarm. Twin sensors read both the internal temperature at the unit and an external temperature via a probe on a 1 m PVC lead, so it can monitor a space or appliance from outside. The 80 dB alarm alerts staff when a limit is crossed, and the display switches between °C and °F.
