Flexbar 13079 is the Slide-Track Latheguard with 24" (14" wide) capacity, one of two models built to guard lathe chucks from 10" up to 24" diameter. It has two 3/16" thick LEXAN windows on the top and front inclined panels for good operator visibility, and the front panel hinges up for access to machine controls and settings.

Installation is simple: four supplied pillar posts are screwed in around the headstock, the track assembly chassis slips on, then the shield is mounted. The posts adjust vertically against the cross-members, and all hardware and instructions are included. The guard covers the chuck only; for point of operation guarding Flexbar offers the Travelguard (13086, 13087).
