As a vertical sander, the FUJI FV-7 carries a 180 mm (7 in) abrasive pad driven by a 1580 W governed motor at 7000 rpm free speed. Its curved design aids control and comfort, and a locking-off safety lever is fitted. Air consumption is 26 l/s (56 cfm) through a 3/8 in PT inlet, and FUJI lists a 12.7 mm minimum hose and side exhaust.
