The HIOKI 3490 is a three-range analog insulation resistance tester with 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V DC test voltages, reading up to 4000 MΩ on the 1000 V range. Its all-in-one build with test lead storage and a durable case is aimed at shortening field insulation testing.
