The Mark-10 G1009-3 is a 3 in diameter aluminium compression plate with vented channels. The channels distinguish it from the plain 3 in G1009-1. It is used for compression testing of springs, foams and other materials, and attaches directly to Mark-10 force gauges, load cells and test frames.
