The Martindale MARPSI4300 is a non-contact utility phase rotation indicator whose bright green LEDs give primary indication of anti-clockwise rotation. It senses through inductive crocodile clips, so it can be used on insulated or uninsulated conductors without metal contact. Rotating LEDs and buzzer tones show whether the sequence is clockwise or anti-clockwise.
