ETI 271-200 MicroCal 2 simulates Type K thermocouple temperatures at 12 variable preset points, letting Type K thermometers be checked with no additional specialised equipment. Accuracy is ±0.3 °C, and the unit runs on two AAA batteries. It is calibrated at the time of purchase and supplied with a five-point UKAS Certificate of Calibration.
