The Micronics 8812 is a pocket-sized ultrasonic thickness gauge used on existing installations to help determine the internal diameter of pipework, an essential parameter for accurate clamp-on flow measurement. It measures from 1.2 mm to 225 mm (in 45# steel) with 0.1 mm resolution, offers a wall sound speed feature and covers 11 material types. A built-in calibration test plate allows quick checks before use.
