Halogen set 176-451 supplies transmitted and reflected illumination for MF Series measuring microscopes. It is the halogen counterpart of the LED set 176-449. The LED equivalent for the MF is 176-449. For the MF series, Mitutoyo lists the illumination unit as an indispensable option, so one must be selected. The MF-U halogen sets are 176-316D and 176-452.
