Mitutoyo item 2046A-09 reads 0.01 mm over 10 mm on an analogue dial and uses a lug back. This 10 mm standard-type indicator has a ø57 mm bezel; the bezel clamp and lifting lever (optional) can be fitted on either side without tools.
